BitHealth’s client is an Indonesia hospital with challenges to manage the optimum level of inventory. Every year, client needs to write off billions of IDR due to excess of expired inventory of drugs and consumables. While at the same time, hospital receives complaints from patients and doctors for drugs out-of-stock.
BitHealth analyzes Client historical procurement and usage patterns. Applying proprietary inventory classification and advanced analytics model BitHealth provides visibility towards individual items current stock level, future forecasting and determines adaptively inventory min-max level to determine when Client needs to replenish / call off.
